| On the Gateway Accessory Store and NECX Direct web sites we ran many promotions for product lines and special deals.
For these promotions banners were designed that would run only on our site embedded in the header.
This directed traffic to areas of the site that marketing was trying to push.
A well designed internal banner could significantly boost sales.
Since the Gateway or NECX brand was already established with the header and page layout these banners were to emphasize the brand of the product line or just be interesting enough to stand out.
I found the experience of working with another company's brand challenging and fun.
It gave me a wider range of themes and images with which to work. This resulted in some of my more interesting banners. As with the Online Banners a major design factor is the maximum file size allowed per banner.
Most of the banners are around 12 kilobytes. Below are the banners arranged alphabetically by brand. |
